BISHOP BREAD 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Sour milk (1/8 c. vinegar, fill with milk to make 3/4 c.)

Work dry ingredients together with fingers and then take out 3/4 cup. Bread in center 1 egg, 3/4 cup sour milk and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Mix. Put in 13"x9" pan and sprinkle the 3/4 cup over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes in greased and floured pan.
