2 3/4 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter, brown sugar and eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add milk and dry ingredients to mixture in large bowl, beating just to combine. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. STREUSEL TOPPING: 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. cinnamon In a small bowl, mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in 13x9 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool slightly in pan. Serve warm. |
