BISHOP'S BREAD 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. dates
1/2 c. Brazil nuts
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. walnuts
1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries with juice

Beat eggs; add sugar, flour and baking powder. Add all fruit and nuts (don't cut) add chocolate chips. Bake in paper lined bread pan at 250 to 300 degrees for 1 hour 25 minutes.
