AWESOME PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
Once you make these, they won't last long!!

2 cups (4 sticks) butter, softened
2 cups extra crunchy peanut butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups packed brown sugar
4 eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. real vanilla extract
1 lb. dry unsalted dry roasted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together butter, peanut butter, sugars and eggs until creamy. Stir in flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients.

Mix well and drop by the heaping tablespoon onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Remove to a cooling rack. Store in Ziploc style bags, sealed containers or freeze.

Makes about 112 cookies.

Note: Recipe can be halved.
