APPLESAUCE CAKE ROLL 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweetened applesauce
1/2 c. raisins

FILLING:

8 oz. soft cream cheese
3 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. sugar

Mix filling ingredients together thoroughly.

Beat eggs until thick; gradually add sugar. Continue beating until ivory color. Fold in applesauce and raisins. Add dry ingredients 1/3 at a time, folding gently. Bake in a jelly roll pan lined with parchment or wax paper at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar thoroughly. Cover with towel and invert on cookie sheet; immediately remove paper. Roll towel and cake together. Cool. Add filling.
