BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH GRAVY 
Sprinkle 4 lean pork chops with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Brown in 1 tablespoon hot oil and pour off drippings. Pour around chops mixture of 1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/3 cup water. Bake until tender and stir gravy well. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour to 350 degrees.
