BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
2/3 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine, optional
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, optional

Clean and split 16 large shrimp. Brush with melted butter and bake in 325 degree oven for 3-4 minutes.

Remove from oven and top each shrimp with stuffing mixture from above.
