3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
1 (10 oz.) stick cheddar cheese

Grate and melt cheese. Mix sausage and Bisquick into melted cheese. Roll into small balls; place on cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
