JAPANESE HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 sm. can chow mein noodles

Brown ground beef and drain. Combine all other ingredients. Add beef and bake. Cover at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

This is ok, but the taste is probably Chinese, since Chinese Chow Mein Noodles were used.
