PILAF 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. raw rice
1/2 c. onion (coarse chop)
1 c. cooked chicken or ham (chopped)
2 c. chicken stock or bouillon
Salt or pepper to taste

Melt butter in skillet, add onion and rice. Cook over medium heat until onions are soft and translucent. Stir in cooked chicken or ham and cook 1 minute longer. Stir in stock or bouillon. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 20 minutes (or follow package directions for cooking rice). Stir, taste, add salt and pepper as desired.
