MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. mixed vegetables
Salt to taste
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
French fried onion rings

Cook mixed vegetables 75% done. Add salt. Drain vegetables. Melt 1 pound Velveeta cheese with 1/2 cup milk. Put mixed vegetables in greased casserole and pour cheese sauce over the top. Put French fried onion rings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
