1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
4 slices day old bread, diced
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Grease 9x13 pan with vegetable oil. Combine beef, bread, lemon juice, onion, egg and salt. Mix well, shape into 6 loaves, place in baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Mix brown sugar, catsup, mustard, allspice and cloves. Cover meat loaves with mixture. Bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce from pan. Serve rest of sauce over loaves. Serves 6.
