SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
2 eggs
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. (10 to 12) Ritz Cheese Cracker Crumbs
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mash cooked squash, add other ingredients. Mix well, pour into greased dish and bake for about 40 minutes at 375 degrees. This can be frozen before baked and taken out and baked when needed.
