BAKED CORN AND RICE 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
2 c. cooked rice
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. milk (optional)
Green pepper strips

Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased 2 quart casserole; garnish top with pepper strips. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
