CHEESE CAKE TARTS | |
1 c. crumbs, vanilla wafers 3-4 tbsp. butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. lemon juice Combine wafers and butter. Press into cupcake tin. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, egg, vanilla and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until set. Cool. Spoon on pie filling cherry or whatever you prefer. |
