Pie crust (all ready store brand or home made) Per 10 in. crust: 1/4 lb. ground beef or cubed round steak Coined carrots 1 diced potato butter Place crust on cookie sheet, crumble raw beef onto 1/2 of the crust. Add carrots and potatoes to fill crust. Dot with butter and fold over crust, seal edges. Slit top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, and reduce heat to 350 degrees for 45 to 50 more minutes. |
