1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. fresh bread crumbs (4 slices bread)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. minced onion
1 egg
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
6 thin lemon slices

In large bowl, mix beef, bread crumbs, lemon juice, onion and egg. Shape into 6 individual loaves. Place in preheated 350 degree oven in greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes.

Prepare sauce. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and allspice. Mix well. Spoon over loaves, top with lemon slices. Bake 35 minutes longer basting occasionally with sauce from baking dish.
