WENDY'S GINGER GEMS 
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. dark molasses
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend together dry ingredients and cream butter, honey, molasses and lemon juice. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Drop 1 inch balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges. Cool on rack and store in covered jar.
