SOUR CREAM DROPS 
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts or coconut

Mix all ingredients (except for glaze). If dough is soft, cover and refrigerate for a short time. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drop by tablespoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until no indentation remains when touched, about 10-12 minutes. Remove cookies from cookie sheet. Cool.

MAPLE BUTTER GLAZE:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. maple flavoring
2-6 tsp. hot water

Heat butter over low heat until golden brown, remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Beat in hot water until smooth. Then glaze cookies.
