EASY SPOON ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. shortening

Mix yeast in warm water, then add egg, sugar and shortening; mix well. Add flour to mixture and mix well. Drop by spoonful into well-greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
