LYNDE'S COMPANY STRATA 
12 slices white bread (whole wheat is good, too!)
12 oz. sharp processed cheese, sliced
2 c. diced chicken OR 2 c. dried "Fry Chick", optional
6 slightly beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cut crusts from bread. Cut bread into triangles. Put crusts into bottom of buttered dish. Sprinkle chicken over bread. Cover chicken with cheese. Arrange triangles on top. Mix everything else together and pour over top. Cover. Refrigerate overnight if you want. Bake UNCOVERED at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.

Great for brunch or holiday get-togethers.
