MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. butter extract
4 eggs
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges (with juice)
1 instant lemon pudding mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cooking oil

Mix all above ingredients in large bowl. Pour into three 9 inch round greased pans. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Cool. Frost.

FROSTING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix by hand and frost cake. Keep in refrigerator.
