MEXICAN RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. minute rice
1 can chicken broth
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 pkg. chili seasoning

Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain grease. Add taco and chili seasoning. Stir in chicken broth. Add rice, let simmer. Chicken broth will cook the rice. Add tomato sauce. Simmer over low heat. Stir occasionally. When rice is cooked, sprinkle shredded cheese over the rice, let melt. Serves 6 to 8 people.
