8 pork chops Salt Pepper Powdered garlic Crushed basil Diced white onion Packaging string 8 slices Swiss cheese Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. mustard Hot water Cooked white rice First de-bone pork chops and pound them flat. Dash each chop with salt, pepper, garlic, basil, and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of onion. Fold Swiss cheese in half; place in middle of chop. Roll up and tie, firmly with string. In a saute pan, add enough Worcestershire to cover about 1/4 inch in pan, then add enough water to reach half way; add mustard. Add pork rolls. Cook until browned and cheese bubbles out into sauce. Put over rice and eat! Best way to eat pork! Serves 4. |
