1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until creamy. Pour over graham cracker crust and bake at 350-375 degrees until toothpick comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
