BUSY DAY CHICKEN | |
3 to 4 lbs. frying chicken 1 c. raw rice 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can white wine 1 tbsp. curry powder Arrange chicken in deep dish or pan. Sprinkle rice mixed with the curry powder over top, then 1 package of onion soup mix over that. Combine 1 can of mushrooms with 1 can of wine. Pour into baking dish and spread well over chicken. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
