ZUCCHINI - CHEDDAR BREAD 
1 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
3 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease and flour round pan (9 x 1 1/2 inch) high. Cook and stir onion in butter until tender; cool slightly. Mix onion mixture, baking mix, parsley, basil, thyme, milk, and eggs. Now beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in pan and bake until wooden pick is inserted in center and comes out clean (about 40 minutes). Cool slightly; remove from pan.
