MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 can cream corn
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. bacon grease or oil
1 c. milk

Mix all above ingredients together set aside. Brown and drain 1 1/2 lb. hamburger: 4 lg. pepper, cut up 1 c. grated cheese

Put 1/2 corn meal mixture in large skillet then hamburger; onions; pepper; add cheese add rest of corn meal mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
