AVOCADO - CHICKEN SALAD 
1 can (7 oz.) boned chicken
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) sliced olives
4 midget sweet pickles
1 avocado, peeled & diced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. taco sauce
4 lg. lettuce leaves

Combine chicken, olives, pickles and avocado. In a bowl mix together mayonnaise and taco sauce. Pour "sauce" over chicken mixture, stir gently to mix. Serve on lettuce leaves.
