CARAMEL NUT POUND CAKE 
4 sticks butter
1 box brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream first 3 ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time beating well. Combine dry ingredients and add alternating with 1 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put 2/3 batter into bundt pan - well greased and floured. Add mixture of 1/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 cup chopped nuts. Cover with rest of batter. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

GLAZE:

4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar

Boil 1 minute. Add 3/4 teaspoon vanilla and enough powdered sugar to make a glaze.
