1 lg. pkg. Oreos
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 med. can chocolate syrup
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Roasted pecans

Crush Oreos in bottom of large oblong pan. Add melted butter and press Oreos until firm. Spread softened ice cream over Oreos. Pour chocolate syrup over ice cream and spread on Cool Whip. Top with nuts and freeze.
