TOLL HOUSE PIE 
1 egg
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled to room temp.
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 325°F. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; beat in flour and sugars until well blended, then blend in butter. Stir in morsels and nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
