BULGOGI 
1 lb. thinly sliced rump roast
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. minced green onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
2 tbsp. sesame oil

Combine all ingredients except meat. Place meat in mixture just before broiling to prevent toughening. Broil in oven or on grill, turning once until done. Serve with rice.
