IMPOSSIBLE TUNA PIE | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained 1 c. shredded processed sharp American cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up 1/4 c. sliced green onions 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained (if desired) chopped 2 c. milk 1 c. Bisquick 4 eggs 3/4 tsp. salt Dash of nutmeg, optional Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Mix tuna, cheeses, onions, pimentos in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean (35 to 40 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Serve with tomatoes. Serves 6 to 8. Can substitute crabmeat or shrimp for tuna. In high altitude, bake 45 to 50 minutes. |
