CRAB CALICO PIE 
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. onion
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. crabmeat
2 tbsp. pimento
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. sour cream

CRUST: Roll 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing to make very fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs to 1/2 cup melted butter and press into 10-inch pie plate.

FILLING: Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter. Add flour. Cook and stir. Add milk and cook until thick. Add crabmeat; pimento, dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
