IMPOSSIBLE SEAFOOD PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can tiny shrimp (or tuna)
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cues
1/8 c. (or less) chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and chopped
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick (or Missouri Mix)
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Mix cheeses, onion and pimento and put in pie plate. Sprinkle shrimp on top. Put milk and other ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.

Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees until a knife comes out clean from the center, about 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. (This is good warmed up for breakfast.)
