WIENER SCHNITZEL 
4 veal cutlets
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
Bread crumbs

Tenderize meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Beat egg. Coat meat with flour, dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs. Fry in about 1/4 cups oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon slice.
