HOT SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. boiled shrimp
1/2 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all but cheese and chips. Pour in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with cheese and chips. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.
