HOT TUNA SHRIMP SALAD 
2 cans of tuna
1/2 lb. cut cooked shrimp
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. minced green onion
1 c. minced celery
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
Dash of Tabasco
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Drain and separate tuna chunks. Mix carefully with all ingredients except last 2. Turn into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake in hot oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until well heated. Serves 6.
