ORANGE RAISIN LOAF 
2 lg. oranges
1 c. raisins
2 c. canned applesauce
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Juice oranges. Remove pulp. Grind peel with raisins, using medium blade. Combine orange juice, peel and raisins with remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
