LASAGNA 
2 lb. ground beef
1 can Hunt's spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lg. container Ricotta cheese
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. box lasagna noodles

Brown ground beef; drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce and let simmer. Cook lasagna noodles. In a large mixing bowl, mix egg, parsley flakes, ricotta cheese, and Mozzarella cheese and set aside. Cover the bottom of 9 x 13 pan with meat sauce, then add layer of noodles. Top the noodles with half of cheese mixture. Repeat - meat, noodles, cheese mixture then meat sauce again. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on meat sauce then cover with sliced Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese melts.
