OREO ICE CREAM CAKE | |
25 Oreos 3 squares unsweetened chocolate 1/2 c. butter 3 eggs 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 gallon ice cream Crush 20 Oreos and place in a 9x13x2 inch pan. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Add eggs and beat until creamy. When thick, add confectioners' sugar. Pour and spread over Oreos. Freeze 1/2 hour. Spread softened ice cream over cookie mixture. Top with 5 crushed Oreos. Wrap with foil and freeze 24 hours. Thaw 10 minutes before serving. |
