BRANDIED CRANBERRIES 
4 c. raw cranberries
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. fruit-flavored brandy or orange liqueur

Put cranberries in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir gently, then add brandy; stir again. Store, covered, in refrigerator. This is a wonderful cranberry sauce to accompany meat or served warm over ice cream for an unusual dessert.
