BEAN DIP 
1 lg. can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. Ortega chopped green chilies
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pt. sour cream

Mix beans, taco seasoning, onions, cream cheese, sour cream and green chilies. Pour in 9x13 pan and bake at 325 degrees.

Last 15 minutes of baking, spread top of pan with grated cheeses. Continue baking until cheese is melted. Baking time 45 minutes to 1 hour, total. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
