LOWFAT TACO BEAN DIP 
1 can vegetarian refried beans
Taco seasoning to taste
1 can diced green chilies
1/2 c. light sour cream or yogurt
1 can diced olives
1/3 c. lowfat Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 jar salsa

Mix sour cream and taco seasoning and set aside. Put beans in bottom of serving dish. Pour sour cream mixture over beans. Layer, don't mix, the salsa, then add cheese. Top with olives and chilies. Serve with tortillas. Serves 6, 122 calories per serving.
