MARINATED BRISKET 
1 well trimmed brisket

Marinade:

juice of 2 limes
1 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 can beef broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 tbsp. unsalted butter

Combine all ingredients for marinade. Pour over the brisket, which has been placed in a glass container; cover. Let set in refrigerator overnight.

Place brisket, fat side down, on grill; sear on both sides. Wrap in foil; put back on grill or smoker and cook slowly for about 6 1/2 hours.
