BARBEQUE BEEF 
(For sandwiches)

2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili power
1 c. ketchup (half ketchup and half barbeque sauce)
1 1/2 c. water (or less)

Mix together brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, ketchup and water. Pour over beef, cover and bake at 350 degrees until tender (about 3 hours). Remove meat from bones and take out fat. Shred.
