FINGER JELLO 
2 (6 oz.) boxes Jello
1 c. sugar
6 packets Knox unflavored gelatin
5 c. water

Mix everything well except 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Add 1 cup (remaining) COLD water. Chill in 9 x 13 inch pan. Afterwards, cut into bite - sized squares.
