SPICY FRUIT PUNCH 
1 1/4 pt. orange juice
1/2 pt. pineapple juice
Juice & rind of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. mixed spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, coriander seed)
6 cloves
1 1/4 pt. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 pt. ginger ale, chilled
Ice

Dissolve sugar in water, heating gently. Cool. Mix fruit juices, lemon rind and spices in a large jug. Add the water-sugar to the juice. Chill. Strain the liquid and add the ginger ale and ice just before serving. Sliced fruit may be added on the top. Approximately 20 servings.
