FRIED ZUCCHINI | |
3 c. zucchini (shredded) 2 c. Bisquick 1 pack (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese 2 eggs (beaten) 1 tsp. garlic salt (McCormick's) 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Drop by tablespoon into 1/4 inch hot oil in non-stick skillet. Cook over medium high heat until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. |
